Content Introduction
News commentary is a very practical subject. In this sense,this textbook overcomes the limitation of previous news commentary textbooks which mainly deal with theoretical materials. Combined with the author’s years of teaching experience of news commentary,the book creatively establishes a new way of teaching which is based on practical training step by step,thus minimizing the distance between readers and news commentary classes.
This textbook is made up of nine courses.
The nine courses contain inner logic,gradually proceeding and creating dialogues between the author and the readers. The textbook also pays close attention to the fear and difficulties that students may be faced with during their learning process,which makes the book itself an exact reproduction of the news commentary lessons in university. What is more,the author combines corresponding and referential works of students in each part. The textbook focuses on readers’ actual level of learning by quoting students’ narritives of learning experiences as needed,which makes the book more instructive and allows it to stimulate readers’ enthusiasm and interest in learning.
This textbook is mainly intended for scholars and students who are specialized in journalism and communication,along with journalists. The author hopes that this book would help change the conventional teaching mode of news commentary in university into guiding teaching mode,turn students’ passive learning mode into an active mode of learning and provide journalists with spare-time classes on news commentary,thus allowing them to improve their expertise.
