1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This Part is formulated with a view to standardizing the technology management of processing preparation in thermal power erection and construction and unifying the criteria and technical requirements that shall be implemented in processing preparation.

1.0.2　This Part is applicable to the construction technology management of processing preparation for all kinds of constructed,extended and renovated thermal power generation erection engineering,combustion engine,biomass-energy and garbage power plants as well as conventional island of nuclear power.

1.0.3　The technical requirements for processing preparation construction shall not only meet this Part of"Technical Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction",but also comply with those specified in the current relevant standards of the Nation.
