This Part is the eighth part"Processing Preparation"((hereinafter referred to as"this Part")of DL/T 5190.

The main contents of this Part include:General Provisionos,Basic Requirements,Material Inspection and Storage,Air&Flue Gas Ducts/Raw Coal&Pulverized Coal Piping and Parts,Steam/Water Pipelines and Parts,Steel Welding Atmospheric Vessels,Metal Components,Other,Project Documents to be Provided Before Quality Acceptance and List of Reference Standards.In this Part,Articles 7.3.5,7.3.6,7.3.7 and 7.3.8 printed in bold type are compulsory provisions and must be enforced strictly.

This Part was proposed by the China Electricity Council.
