3　Mobilization of Equipment and Materials

3.1　Equipment Mobilization

3.1.1　As for equipment mobilization，it is required to prepare the plan for equipment mobilization and orderly organize the mobilization.

3.1.2　The equipment shall be subject to open package inspection and meet the following requirements:

1　Under the organization of the owner，consultant company，manufacturer（or supplier）and construction contractor shall participate in the open package inspection.

2　The site for open package inspection shall be clean and protected against rain and dust.

3　The equipment shall be counted according to the packing list，with their models and specifications checked according to design technical documents.

4　The surface of equipment shall be checked and free of defects，deformation or rust.The exposed oil and gas outlets shall be sealed and protected.The pressure indicator for the tank with inflation protection shall indicate positive pressure.

5　The equipment shall be accompanied with the quality qualification document，while the imported equipment shall be provided with the commodity inspection certificate.

6　It is required to count and register the documentation attached with the packing，spare parts and special tools.

7　It is required to record the open package inspection results and handle the procedures for equipment hand-over.
