4.7　Cooler and Steam Heater

4.7.1　The installation of cooler and steam heater shall comply with the following requirements:

1　The longitudinal and horizontal center lines shall be adjusted，and the measurement by alignment wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 10.0mm.

2　The elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument or ruler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±10.0mm.

3　The levelness or verticality shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler or suspension wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.5/1000.The anchor bolts shall be tightened.

4.7.2　The pressure test shall be carried out to the cooler and steam heater according to the design technical document，or the following requirements if there is no related requirement in the design technical document:

1　The test pressure shall be 1.25 times of the working pressure.

2　The pressure shall be gradually raised to the test pressure and held for 30min，with no leakage or pressure drop.

3　The accuracy of pressure gauge for the pressure test shall be not lower than Grade 1.5，and its full-scale value shall be 1.5-2 times of the test pressure to be measured.At least two pressure gauges shall be provided and should be installed into the water pipe and on the equipment body.

4　It is required to use clean water and release the air prior to water injection.

5　During test，the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5℃，or the antifreezing measures shall be taken.

6　After completion of the test，the equipment shall be dried with compressed air.
