3.2 Acceptance
3.2.1 The substance identification shall be in conformity with the product quality certificate.
3.2.2 The pipe and fitting quality certificates shall include the following content:
1 Manufacturer and production date;
2 Product name,standards,specification and materials;
3 Relevant testing data as specified in the product standards;
4 Other test reports as requested in cntract;
5 Inspector's signature and inspection date;
6 Official stamp of the manufacturer quality inspection department.
3.2.3 The identification of pipes and fittings shall include the following content:
1 Product name;
2 Product type;
3 Product standard number;
4 Others as required in the product standard;
5 Production date;
6 Manufacturer or trademark.
3.2.4 Surface inspection shall be performed on piping components one by one.The internal and external wall of pipes and fittings shall be smooth and free of bubbles,crack,nick,depression,delamination,impurity,color uneven and discoloration decomposition.
3.2.5 The surface scar depth shall not exceed 10% of pipe wall thickness,neither larger than 0.5mm of plastic and steel skeleton of polyethylene plastic composite pipes,while there shall be no surface scar on FRP and FRP-plastic composite pipes.
3.2.6 No steel wire shall be exposed on the surface of steel skeleton of polyethylene plastic composite pipes,or no cracks or stripping of the seal ring would be allowed.
3.2.7 Fibers of FRP products shall be soaked by resin and free of exposure.No defections such as scratch,delamination,stripping,resin bump,inclusion and obvious color uneven that affect the quality would be allowed.
3.2.8 Glass fiber reinforced plastic layer shall be adhered as a whole with plastic tube and shall be free of crack and disbonding.
3.2.9 Flange sealing surface should be smooth and clean,be free of bending,and there shall be no defects such as radial scratch.
3.2.10 Sample size inspection of the piping components(manufacturers,materials,specifications,and arrival time as the same)shall be performed per as 5% of a patch and which shall be no less than one whole piece.Geometry and deviation shall meet the current related national products provisions.
3.2.11 If failures occur during the sample inspection,spot checks shall be performed with double the original numbers;if unqualified,that batch of the pipeline components shall not be accepted and proper identification and isolation shall be done.
3.2.12 Visual inspection of the valve shall be done one by one to ensure there is no quality defect as crack,bubble,and nick,etc.
3.2.13 Valves which have special requirements shall be in accordance with the current industry standard SH 3518"Valve Inspection and Management Procedures".
3.2.14 Valve pressure test and sealing test shall comply with the following requirements:
1 Valve body test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure and test time shall not be less than 5 minutes,taking no leakage of the valve body and fillers as eligibility criteria;Seal test shall be carried out to valve nominal pressure and taking no leakage of the valve sealing surface as eligibility criteria.
2 Valve pressure and seal inspection shall be performed one by one on valves which design pressure is over 1MPa or valves which are used for toxic delivery or pipeline for flammable medium;disqualifications shall not be used.
3 Sample check shall be performed per as 10% a patch and no less than one piece of a patch of valves which design pressure≤1MPa,and shall be in accordance with the article 3.2.11 in this code.
4 Valves qualified shall evacuate the internal water timely,blow dry and remark as qualified after ends closed.After all above have been done,valve test record shall be finished according to the current industry standard SH/T 3503"Petrochemical Construction Projects Completed Technical Documents".
