4.2 Scope of Construction Quality Acceptance and General Tables
4.2.1 The project quality acceptance shall be carried out according to the inspection lot，the subentry project，the subsection project and the unit project.The division of acceptance scope for any grade acceptance companies shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.1.

4.2.2 During construction and acceptance of the unit project，the inspection shall be carried out to the construction management status of the unit project，and the inspection results shall be filled in Table 4.2.2.

4.2.3 For the acceptance of unit project，the inspection shall be carried out according to the items listed in Table 4.2.3.The inspection results shall be complete and conform to the regulation of archives management.

4.2.4 The notification sheets of project design change，material substitution and design modification shall be numbered and registered，and it shall be attached to the registration table.The registration about the design change and the notification sheets of the unit project shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.4.

4.2.5 The delivery test reports and quality certificates of the equipment and material shall be numbered and registered，and it shall be attached to the registration tables.The test reports for delivery and quality certificates of the equipment and material for the unit project shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.5.

4.2.6 When any equipment defect is found，it shall be inspected and confirmed by the construction company，the supervision company，the manufacturer and the owner.The notification sheet of equipment defect shall be prepared.The filling of the notification sheet shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.6.

4.2.7 After the equipment defect is treated and the defect treatment has been reported to the owner，the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out by the relevant units organized by the owner，and the acceptance opinions & siganature shall be signed on the report sheet of equipment defect treatment.The filling of report sheet of the equipment defect treatment shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.7.

4.2.8 The calibration instruments used in construction inspection shall be calibrated and in the valid period of calibration.The registration shall be carried out for the used calibration instruments according to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.8 during the construction.The inspection and confirmation of calibration instruments listed in the table shall be carried out by the supervision engineer（s）.

4.2.9 The inspection and acceptance of construction quality of inspection lots shall be carried out according to the quality criteria of inspection project，and the acceptance table of construction quality of the inspection lots shall be filled.The column of"Main Control"indicates"general"whenever not filled with"√"in it，and the signature column of the acceptance company which not belong to the acceptance scope shall be marked with"/"，in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 4.2.1.The requirements specified in Table 4.2.9 shall be met for construction quality acceptance of the inspection lot.

4.2.10 The acceptance of construction quality of the subentry projects shall be carried out according to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.10，and the acceptance table of construction quality of the subentry projects shall be filled.The column of"Main Control"indicates"general"whenever not filled with"√"in it，and the signature column of the acceptance company which not belong to the acceptance scope shall be marked with"/"in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 4.2.1.

4.2.11 The acceptance of construction quality of subsection projects shall be carried out according to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.11，and the acceptance table of construction quality of subsection projects shall be filled.The column of"Main Control"indicates"general"whenever not filled with"√"in it，and the signature column of the acceptance company which not belong to the acceptance scope shall be marked with"/"in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 4.2.1.

4.2.12 The acceptance of construction quality of unit projects shall be carried out according to the requirements specified in Table 4.2.12，and the acceptance table of construction quality of unit projects shall be filled.The signature column of the acceptance company which does not belong to the acceptance scope shall be marked with"/"in accordance with the requirements specified in Table 4.2.1.
