1　Scope

This Part in DL/T 5210 have specified the relevant requirements of construction quality acceptance standards of piping and system，quality elevation of single project，quality elevation of single unit，and quality evaluation of the overall project for thermal power engineerings.

This Part shall apply to the construction quality acceptance and the project quality evaluation of piping and system for newly-built，extension or rebuilt thermal power engineering with single unit capacity between 300MW and 1000MW.The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of piping and system for thermal power projects with a single unit capacity below 300MW，the Conventional Island（CI）of nuclear power plants，and the Balance of Plant（BOP）may be carried out with refer to this Part.
