7.3 Rotary Double-mandrel Coiler of Cold Rolled Steel Strip
7.3.1 The baseline setting up for rotary double-mandrel strip coiler installation shall comply with the requirements stipulated in technical design documents.
7.3.2 The elevation,centerline and levelness for installation of supporting device of rotary gearbox shall be measured on the backup roll surface or the bearing chock subdivision section of backup roll.
7.3.3 Measure and adjust the dimension of centerline and base line for each bearing bore of the mandrel drive main shaft on the drive gearbox and rotary gearbox,which shall meet the requirements of allowable deviation for longitudinal centerline;take the centerline of mill unitasa reference,the dimension for rabbet plane and baseline ofmandrelmain shaft bearing bore on drive gearbox and rotary gearbox shall meet the requirements of allowable deviation for horizontal centerline.
7.3.4 Measure and adjust the elevation and levelness of drive gearbox and rotary gearbox.
7.3.5 The assembling of sliding bearing and rolling bearing for gearbox as well as drive gear engagement assembling shall meet the requirements of technical design documents and current national standard,i.e.,"General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering"(GB 50231).
7.3.6 Measure the levelness and verticality of mandrel relative to the centerline of mill unit after assembling two mandrels.
7.3.7 Allowable deviation for rotary double-mandrel coiler of cold rolled steel strip installation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 7.3.7.
