7.2　Cold Rolled Steel Strip Coiler and Uncoiler

7.2.1　This section is applicable to the installation of bevel wedged-type，pin linkage-type and bow plate-type mandrel uncoilers and coilers.

7.2.2　The elevation，centerline and levelness for the installation of moveable uncoiler and coiler are all measured on the sliding surface of base plate，and rechecked on the mandrel.

7.2.3　Verticality deviation of uncoiler mandrel relative to the centerline of mill unit and the end of suspended arm of mandrel shall be toward to the in going direction.

7.2.4　Verticality deviation of coiler mandrel relative to the centerline of mill unit and the end of suspended arm of mandrel shall incline to the outgoing direction.

7.2.5　Mandrel levelness should be within the allowable deviation and the suspended end shall be higher than the fixed end.

7.2.6　Allowable deviation for uncoiler and coiler installation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 7.2.6.
