4.4　Mineral Industrial Yard

4.4.1　Facilities at mineral industrial yard should，as long as the requirements for safety，environmental protection and sanitation are met，be centrally located close to the open pit or shaft（adit）mouth.

4.4.2　The mining industrial yard（site）should be arranged in a centralized way.However，when it is not economic to have centralized arragnemetn in case the mine consists of multiple pits，scattered arrangement should be made.

If the open pit has a large spread，big altitude difference and complex geological condition，the mining industrial yards can be scattered.

4.4.3　The open pit and mining industrial yard to be mined by stages should be arranged respectively outside the boundary of different blasting dangerous areas，where possible.

4.4.4　The ore dressing industrial yard should be arranged as close to the open pit or shaft（adit）mouth for ore transportation as possible in accordance with the dressed ore flow direction and the deploitation transportation mode.If there are several pits located not far from each other，the ore benefication industrial yard should be centrally arranged near the relatively bigger one，and where necessary，it shall be determined based on techno-economic comparison.
