创造促成并维持EBP变革的条件,必不可少的一步是了解并评估情境因素和领导能力。营造适合EBP发展的学习型环境需要考虑以下重要的情境因素:将医疗服务体系视为复杂适应系统,在此基础上建立新的心智模式;理解组织文化和亚文化;探究变革型领导者的行为;重视信任度的建设,让员工参与决策。
成功创造EBP环境与领导者的七大核心能力有关,这些能力也是实施EBP所必需的,即评判性思维、战略愿景、激励并领导变革、关系建立、情商、驾驭复杂局面和服务型管理。在通往EBP的道路上,重视自我评估和团队评估的领导者会更具有感召力,更懂得如何激励、鼓舞他的追随者们。
