3.2　Standards Established

3.2.1　The determination of design grade of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall realize the construction objective of building；

2　Shall adapt to the basic conditions of construction；

3　Shall comply with the information function of operation and management of building；

4　Shall provide service，support and guarantee for the operation and maintenance of intelligent system of building；

5　Shall ensure the effectiveness and rationality of engineering construction investment.

3.2.2　The division of design grade of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall be corresponding to the scale or design grade of building；

2　Shall improve the design standard grade based on the enhancement of intelligent integrated technical efficiency；

3　Shall adopt updated and feasible intelligent technology；

4　Should create conditions for technology extending of intelligent system and promotion of application function.

3.2.3　The system configuration of design grade of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　Corresponding intelligent system shall be selected for configuration based on the design grade of intelligent system engineering；

2　The intelligent system configuration complying with the basic function of building shall be adopted as the item which shall be configured；

3　The intelligent system configuration for realizing the enhancement function of building based on the item which shall be configured shall be adopted as the item which should be configured；

4　The intelligent system configuration for improving the safeguard function of building based on the combination of the item which shall be configured and the item which should be configured shall be adopted as configurable item.
