About the Author

Tanner Ezell has over five years of experience working with Cisco's Unified Communications platform along with custom application development in the same field. He currently works as a Consultant with a Cisco partner that specializes in Unified Communications and Contact Center. He spends most of his time designing and implementing UC solutions as well as custom applications and Contact Center scripts. He has a passion for understanding the underlying technology that makes the solutions possible. When he is not working, he enjoys bicycling around the bay area and spending time outdoors on beautiful Northern California days.
