I would like to thank my wife, Chandrima, for her continuous encouragement and support and our lovely daughter, Bidushi, who never fails to inspire me.
I also want to thank my parents—Gauri (my mom) and Nishithendu (my dad)—for always believing in me and my brothers—Basudeb and Vivekananda—for their guidance.
I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all the people who have been instrumental in the successful completion of this book review. This critical work would not have been possible without my extended family—my sisters-in-law, Pompa and Nivedita; my niece, Satakshi; my nephew, Vishok; my brother in-law, Chitrarath; and my parents-in-law, Ratna and Chinmoy.
