vSphere NSX solution

The VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for VMware vSphere NSX discovers, analyzes, and represents the broad number of virtual networking services available within vSphere NSX graphically. Administrators can view this data for quickly identifying configuration, health, and capacity problems within their virtual VMware NSX networks. Administrators can also see the effect of these problems with vSphere hosts and virtual machines.

When a configuration or health problem is detected as per five-minute interval checks, an event is posted in vRealize Operations with recommendations about how to correct the problem. The NSX services include logical switching or routing. The NSX Edge services include load balancing, firewalls, SSL VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and IPsec.

vRealize Operations reports on abnormalities, resource depletion, and underused resource conditions. These reports enable better optimization and proactive management of NSX virtual networking functions.
