Modifying and deleting extruded boss and extruded cut

Often, we apply a feature and then need to edit it or delete it. In this section, we will address how to edit and delete features. To illustrate this, we will apply the modifications shown in the following image to the model we created earlier:

As shown in the preceding image, the changes that we are going to make are as follows:

• Change the height of the cylinder from 50 mm to 100 mm
• Remove the extruded cut that goes through the cylinder
