6.2 Steam Turbine and Generator Set

6.2.1 Before steam turbine proper is installed,carry out acceptance to the equipment foundation.The equipment foundation acceptance shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The allowable deviation of foundation elevation of platen location shall be±5mm;

2 The allowable deviation between the distance among anchor bolt center lines and the designed value shall be±5mm;

3 The allowable deviation between the perpendicularity of longitudinal center line and horizontal center line of the foundation shall be less than 1mm/m;

4 The internal of anchor bolt hole shall be cleaned without debris,and the foundation surface contacting with the anchor plate shall be smooth;

5 Air chamber and air passage of generator shall be cleaned,and the surface shall be smooth without peeling and fly away;

6 The foundation platform of steam turbine generator set shall have settlement observation point,and the original record for settlement observation shall be available and qualified;

7 The equipment foundation surface shall have no situations of cracks,holes,rebar outside,and bumping.

6.2.2 The installation of the gasket iron and platens shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The installation of the gasket iron shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1)According to the gasket iron arrangement drawing,confirm the location,the gasket iron and the foundation shall be closely contacted,the contacting area shall be larger than 75%,and the gasket iron shall be balanced without shaking;

2)The dimension of flat gasket iron shall be larger than dimension of inclined gasket iron,45° bevel shall be available around the flat gasket iron;

3)Carry out facing-up between the gasket irons and the gasket iron and platen,the contacting shall be closely,and the depth of 0.05mm feeler inserting into the clearance shall not exceed 1/4 of the gasket iron length of the same direction with inserting;

4)One group of gasket iron should be consisted of no more than 3 pieces,and the height should not exceed 70mm,in special situation 5 gasket iron are permitted to be applied with height not exceeding 100mm,there shall be only one pair of inclined gasket iron in one group;the uncontacted area between two gasket irons shall not exceed 25% of the area of the smaller gasket iron,forbid moving with wrong direction;

5)After the turbine is formally covered,the data of turbine cylinder horizontal and rotor raising-rate shall be remained unchanged;when carry out point welding to fix the gasket iron,the data of turbine cylinder horizontal and rotor raising-rate shall be remained unchanged.

2 The installation of platen shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1)The bottom of the platen shall be cleaned without paint and casting sand,the platen shall have no defects of cracks,slags and greater air holes;

2)Carry out facing-up between platen and cylinder,and between bearing pedestal,and the contacting area for check shall be larger than 75% of the total area and averagely distributed,feeler of 0.05mm shall not be inserted into the contacting surfaces during overall checking;

3)The oil filling hole in the bearing pedestal platen shall be unblocked;

4)The anchor bolt gasket shall be well contacted with the gasket countersunk side;

5)After the platen is set up,tighten the anchor bolt of the platen.

6.2.3 The checking and installation of sliding pin system shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The sliding pin and the cotterway between front bearing pedestal and the platen shall be cleaned,the clearance between sliding pin and the cotterway shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation and move freely;

2 The clearance between the cotterway and the turbine vertical pin,sliding pin of back slider,traverse pin of back cylinder shall comply with the regulations of equipment technical documentation.

6.2.4 The interior of the front bearing pedestal shall be cleaned,and the kerosene penetration test shall be completed without leakage.

6.2.5 The cylinder checking shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 After cleaning,the cylinder shall have no defect of transversal coherence,the nozzle shall be point welded to be fixed,the interior of the steam chamber shall be clean without defects of casting sand,cracks and air holes;

2 The regulation valve seat and the butterfly valve shall be tightly contacted;

3 The up and bottom cylinders shall be well contacted,when the bolt is loose,the feeler of 0.05mm shall not be inserted into the clearance,and when the bolt is 1/3 tightened,the feeler of 0.03mm shall not be inserted into the clearance;

4 The cylinder longitudinal level shall be subject to the level of rotor centered as per cylinder groove and the raising-rate at back bearing journal adjusted to the zero position,the cylinder horizontal level shall be adjusted;

5 The explosion door shall be cleaned with intact explosion diaphragm;

6 The clearance of 0.10mm shall be kept for the connecting bolt gasket between cylinder and platen,the single side clearance shall be checked to be 0.20mm;

7 Before turbine cylinder is formally covered,check the back cylinder spray pipelines,which shall be well without leakage situation.

6.2.6 The checking and installation of shaft bearing and oil deflector shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The installation of shaft bearing shall comply with the requirement of equipment technical documentation and the following regulations:

1)Lining bearing and thrust bearing shall be steel stamped without any defects,and after being kerosene soaking for 24h,there isn't unhealthy phenomenon of distortion and bonding;

2)The oil hole direction shall be correct when assemble the shaft bearing,the oil circuit inside the shaft bearing pedestal shall be smooth without debris.

2 The oil deflector installation shall meet the requirement of equipment technical documentation and be fixed and reliable,and the oil deflector groove shall direct to the oil chamber;and the oil deflector groove of shaft bearing pedestal shall be reversely directed to the oil chamber,the oil releasing hole shall be unblocked,the dowel pin shall be reliable without loosening,and the oil defector shall not be loosed or displaced after the dowel pin is inserted.

6.2.7 The checking and installation of steam turbine rotor shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 After the rotor package is opened,which shall be checked and accepted together;

2 There aren't cracks,burrs in the rotor blades and hub,and the clearance between the hubs shall be well without debris;

3 The rotor hoisting shall apply special hoisting tools and riggings;

4 The checking during rotor installation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1)The shaking of shaft journal,thrust collar,oil pump wheel,and the inside and outside circles of front edge of the coupling flange shall be less than 0.02mm;

2)The spoon-shaled deflection of the thrust collar,oil pump wheel and the coupling position shall be less than 0.02mm;

3)The rotor bending shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation;

4)Regulate the rotor center and the raising-rate of shaft journal according to the regulation of equipment technical documentation;

5)During the process of centering rotor,the deviation of coupling outside circle shall be less than 0.04mm;the opening shall be less than 0.02mm;the shaking at the #2 shaft journal after the bolt connecting shall be less than 0.02mm;

6)Both roundness and cylindricity of the shaft journal shall not be larger than 0.02mm.

6.2.8 The installation of the flow passage equipment shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 Painting checking shall be carried out to nozzle group and the fixed combination side of the steam chamber,the contacting area shall be larger than 75% and the dying shall be averagely distributed,the high temperature sealing glue shall be applied for fixing;

2 Damages shall not happen to separation plates,blades,steam trap plates,and the steam trap shall be inlayed and fixed;

3 The expansion clearance between separation plate and cylinder shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation,and the locating key under the separation platediaphram shall be reliably fixed;

4 The deviation of up and bottom,left and right of separation diaphram groove center shall be less than 0.05mm,and apply stainless steel gasket to regulate the separation plate center;

5 The clearance between the locating key and groove of up and bottom separation plates shall be 0.05mm-0.08mm;

6 The gland sealing plates shall be cleaned and numbered one by one,the spring plate under the gland sealing plates shall be well and can make gland sealing plate automatically pop to the joint position;gland sealing clearance shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation;

7 While checking the flow passage clearance,firstly install the thrust bearing,after cover and fix the upper part of the shaft bearing,carry out the following steps:

1)Check the flow passage clearance by rotor fly-ball or fly-ring rotating 90° in both horizontal direction and rotor operation direction,the clearance shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation;

2)Check the axial clearance between the rotor and the separation plates of every stage,the clearance shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation.

6.2.9 The checking and installation of turning gear device shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 The combination of turning gear device shall be tight without clearance,the feeler of 0.05mm shall not be successfully inserted into it;

2 The engagement between turbine and worm,gear wheel and coupler shall comply with the regulation of equipment technical documentation;

3 Turning gear operation and off-gear shall be normal with well contacting switch;

4 The oil pipe of turning gear shall be unblocked without debris.

6.2.10 Turbine covering shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1 Before cover the turbine,measure the foundation settlement;

2 The joint of condenser and cylinder shall be completed;

3 All installation data shall be jointly confirmed and signed for certificate;

4 There isn't debris inside the upper and bottom cylinders,after the turbine is covered,the bolt shall be 1/3 tightened,then carry out turning gear,there isn't abnormal friction noise in moving and stable parts;

5 After the upper cylinder is hoisted,averagely paint high temperature joint glue to the split,and after the upper cylinder is covered,tightened all bolts in the split.

6 The raising-rate of rotor front and back shaft journals and the popping value of 2#shaft journal shall be checked without changing,lock the loose-resisting nut of the anchor bolt.
