3.5　Environmental Protection

3.5.1　The environmental protection measures of the construction shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The construction site shall apply measures to prevent dust dispersion；

2　The noise limit of construction site shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Emission Standard of Environment Noise for Boundary of Construction Site GB 12523；

3　Water conservation shall be carried out in construction site；

4　Before the blowdown system of inside and outside of the workshop is completed，the chemical cleaning to the systems shall not be carried out，and the waste liquid after chemical cleaning shall not be discharged to rainwater system or discharged randomly；

5　Corresponding management measures and protection measures shall be applied to the storage of dangerous chemicals，toxic material，and oil；

6　The rubbish in the construction site shall be classified stacked and removed in time；

7　The protection measures shall be available for the storage and appliance of radioactive source.

3.5.2　The waste treating during construction shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　While collecting，storing，transporting，applying or disposing wastes，the measures of prevention from scattering，wastage，or other pollution shall be adopted；

2　Forbid burning wastes in construction site.

3.5.3　The management of dangerous wastes produced in construction period shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The management system shall be established for preventing pollution caused by dangerous wastes，and harmless treatment shall be carried out to the dangerous wastes；

2　The warning signs shall be available on the field and devices for storing and treating dangerous wastes；

3　Forbid treating dangerous wastes randomly.
