7　Production Capacity Calculation

7.0.1　Production capacity of main technological equipment shall be calculated，including the hourly production capacity and annual necessary production time of the mill set.

7.0.2　The capacity calculation for the mill set and for each main component technological equipment shall conform to the requirements as follows.

1　By picking up the typical varieties and dimensions，a representative specification table shall be prepared based on the Product Mix for conducting the above-mentioned calculation.

2　The following formula shall be used to calculate the mill-set hourly production capacity，which will be the minimum hourly capacity of each main online equipment comprised thereof.

Where:

An—the hourly output calculated based on variety & specifications（t/h）；

qn—the weight of one cut-to-length billet calculated based on variety & specifications（t/pcs）；

Pn—the bottleneck number of billets determined for the online equipment of the mill set based on variety & specifications（pcs/h）；

Kn—the yield based on variety & specifications（%）；

n—serial Arabic number representing different variety & specifications.

3　The annual necessary production time of the mill set shall be calculated based on the formula below.

Where:

Ty—the annual necessary production time of the mill set（h）；

W—the annual outputs distributed based on variety & specifications in Product Mix（t）；

i—the sum of variety & specifications.
