7.9　Auxiliary Coal Handling Facilities

7.9.1　For each line of coal handling system,one-stage iron remover shall be respectively provided at the system front end,outlet of belt conveyor at coal yard and in front of and after the coal crusher.

7.9.2　If required and the conditions permit,bulk foreign matter remover should be provided at the system front end.

7.9.3　Fossil fired power plants shall be provided with metering devices for as-received coal and as-fired coal,and calibration means shall be made available.

7.9.4　Fossil fired power plants shall be provided with mechanical sampling devices for as-received coal and as-fired coal.

7.9.5　Fossil fired power plants shall be provided with necessary lifting facilities for coal handling equipment and repair yard.

7.9.6　Cleaning facilities shall be provided for the buildings（structures）of the coal handling system.

7.9.7　The design of underground slot type troughs,tipper room,transfer tower,coal crushing house and coal bunker bay shall incorporate the provisions that prevent coal dust rising.
