4　Management Requirements

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　Construction technical documentation shall be developed according to the actual conditions of the project，meet the design requirements and conform to the applicable code and standards，and guide the construction activities and management of the project.

4.1.2　Construction technical documentation shall be developed and approved as required by Article 4.3 and 4.4 in this Specification，and come into effect after being stamped.

4.1.3　Construction Execution Plan shall be developed and approved prior to construction of the project，and Construction Method Statement shall be developed and approved prior to the start of the discipline works.
