4.2　Site Preparations

4.2.1　The following conditions shall be available at site prior to the installation of the machine train：

a）Civil construction related to the machine train installation has been essentially completed，and safety protection facilities are provided；

b）Site formation and road is available；

c）Water，power，steam and gas supply is available for construction；

d）Lifting facilities are available for service；

e）Fire-fighting devices and storage facilities for parts and tools shall be available；

f）Fire，wind，water，freezing and dust protection measures have been taken accordingly.

4.2.2　Before installation of the machine train，the building roof should be completed.

4.2.3　All monitoring and measuring instruments shall be within their valid period and their precision grade shall not be less than that required for the object to be inspected.
