5.6 Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Heating Surface Equipment
5.6.1 The erection of the air distribution equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1 The drawings shall be checked before the erection,and the counting and numbering shall be carried out according to the drawing requirements.
2 The erection of the water cooled air compartments and air distribution plates shall meet the requirements of Table 5.3.2.After the erection,the whole alignment acceptance shall be carried out together with the furnace waterwalls.
3 The erection of steel-plate type air compartment equipment shall be carried out after the alignment acceptance of the lower header of the waterwalls has been carried out.The erection shall meet the manufacturer's drawing requirements.the erection of the header connecting pieces shall be completed before hydrostatic test of heating surface.
4 The equipment counting and inspection shall be carried out before the erection of air caps,and the requirements of Table 5.6.1-1 shall be met.

5 After the erection of the air caps,the air distribution plates shall be connected firmly.The erection of the air caps shall meet the requirements of Table 5.6.1-2.

5.6.2 The erection of the external heat exchanger shall meet the following requirements:
1 The counting and inspection shall be carried out before the erection of the external heat exchanger.There shall be no lack of weld,stomata,crack,sand inclusion or other defects in the equipment welds.The equipment inspection shall meet the requirements of Table 5.6.2-1.

2 The erection and welding of the external heat exchanger shall meet the requirements of the manufacturer's technical documents.
3 The internal and external sundries shall be removed cleanly and the temporary fixed objects shall be completely removed after the erection of the external heat exchanger.The boiler whole pressure decay test shall be carried out to inspect the tightness.
4 The allowable deviation for the assembly and erection of the external heat exchanger shall meet the requirements of Table 5.6.2-2.

5 The erection of heating surface of external heat exchanger shall meet the requirements of Article 5.4 in this Part.
5.6.3 The erection of the steam-cooled cyclone separator shall meet the following requirements:
1 The counting and inspection shall be carried out before the erection of the cyclone separator.The inspection of the heating surface shall be carried out according to the related requirements of Article 5.1 in this Part.
2 The requirements of assembly and erection for the steam-cooled cyclone separator are listed as follows:
1)The erection of the water cooling jacket in the steam-cooled cyclone separator must meet the drawing requirements and be in free expansion.
2)The site welding claw beads,fins and other welding seals in the tube bundles of the steam-cooled cyclone separator shall meet the manufacturer's drawing requirements.
3)Other technical requirements for the erection of the steam-cooled cyclone separator shall meet the requirements of Article 7.3.5 in this Part.
4)The offset values of the expansion joints of the cyclone separator shall meet the manufacturer's drawing requirements.
5.6.4 The furnace seals shall meet the following requirements:
1 The welds in all inner side seals in the furnace shall be burnished smoothly according to the requirements of drawing.
2 After the furnace seals have been welded,the permeability inspection shall be carried out to the positive pressure combustion region.
3 The erection of the secondary seals shall meet the following requirements:
1)The expansion clearance for the sealing grooves shall meet the design requirements.There shall be no sundries in the sealing grooves.
2)The levelness and flatness of the bottom plates and vertical slab(inserting plate)for the sealing groove trough body shall not exceed 5mm.
3)The sealing groove trough body for the tube panel shall be erected flatly and the tube panel connection locations shall be welded firmly.There shall be enough expansion clearance of the inserting plate for the sealing groove.
4)The cold tension value or compression value for the erection of the corrugated expansion joints shall meet the manufacturer's drawing requirements,and the opening direction of guide boards shall be consistent with the direction of medium flowing.
5)The measures for preventing any deformation and additional stress shall be taken for welding the seals.
4 The welding of seals shall meet the manufacturer's drawing requirements.
