Foreword

According to the requirements of（Document Jian Biao［2008］No.105）"Notice on Printing and Distributing the Development and Revision Plan of Construction Standards and Codes in 2008（Batch 2）"issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China，this Code was developed by CISDI Engineering Co.，Ltd.together with the organizations concerned.

During the drafting process，the Code development teams have conducted thorough investigations and studies，carefully summarized practical experience，referred to the relevant international standards and foreign advanced standards，collected the suggestions and comments from the relevant parties through various channels and finalized the present version after full examination and approval.

This Code comprises 6 Chapters.The main technical contents are:General Provisions，Terms，Basic Requirements，Finishing Process of Plate，Finishing Process of Hot Rolled Wide Steel Strip and Finishing Process of Cold Rolled Wide Steel Strip.

The provisions printed in bold type are compulsory ones and must be enforced strictly.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is in charge of the administration of this Code and the explanation of the compulsory provisions；and CISDI Engineering Co.，Ltd.is responsible for the explanation of specific technical contents.During the practical implementation of this Code，the opinions and suggestions，whenever necessary，can be posted to CISDI Engineering Co.，Ltd.（address:No.1，Shuanggang Road，Yuzhong District，Chongqing 400013，China）for reference in future revision.
