3　Acceptance，Storage and Handling of Piping Components

3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　Piping components shall have quality certificate，of which the performance data shall be in accordance with the requirements of the current relevant standard of the nation and design document.

3.1.2　If any of the following circumstances occurs，no piping components shall be used until the dispute is settled:

1　The performance data in quality certificate cannot meet with the relevant product standards and ordering specifications；

2　Disputes exist over the performance data in quality certificate；

3　The material identification is not in conformity with that in the quality certificate；

4　The material requested to be re-checked fails the re-inspection.

3.1.3　The identification on piping components shall keep clear and complete during the storage and handling.
