1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated to unify the construction quality acceptance requirements of non-metallic piping engineering in petrochemical engineering to guarantee the construction quality.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to the construction quality acceptance requirements of non-metallic piping engineering in petrochemical engineering as fiber reinforce plastic（FRP）pipes，plastic tubes，PSP pipes and steel skeleton of polyethylene plastic composite pipes，etc.

1.0.3　The construction of non-metallic piping engineering in petrochemical engineering shall meet with the design document.Nothing shall be revised unless the change request is confirmed by design.

1.0.4　In addition to this code，the relevant state laws，administrative regulations and rules shall also be abided by for the construction quality acceptance of non-metallic piping engineering in petrochemical engineering.
