5.6　Furnace Piping

5.6.1　Furnace piping shall be determined based on tube arrangement，inlet and outlet orientations，tube displacements，the clearance for removal of tube and type of tube connected to piping.

5.6.2　Furnace piping shall be consistent with furnace type，and all piping related to furnace shall be routed and grouped in a neat and orderly manner to achieve nice appearance.

5.6.3　The inlet piping to furnace shall be arranged to enable uniformly distributed flow in each pass.For liguid-vapor phase fluid to furnace，the inlet piping shall be symmetrical.

5.6.4　For liguid-vapor phase fluid from furnace，the outlet piping shall be symmetrical.

5.6.5　The distance from the shutoff valve in furnace fuel main pipe to furnace shall meet process requirements and shall not be less than 7.5m.

5.6.6　Steam supply manifold to furnace should be arranged on the ground，and the distance from steam supply manifold to furnace shall not be less than 7.5m.
