Foreword

This code is compiled and accomplished by China MCC20 Group Corp.，Ltd.and the relevant participating companies according to the requirements of document Jian Biao［2006］No.136 issued by Ministry of Construction（MOC）-Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan（the 2nd.batch）of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2006.

The compilation team has conducted investigations，summarized experiences of installation of rolling mill mechanical equipment for many years，and taken advice widely from relevant participating organizations and experts in the process of compilation，and finally developed this reviewed draft.

The code comprises 17 chapters with the main contents as follows:general provisions，basic requirement，equipment foundation，anchor bolt and packer，equipment and materials，main mechanical equipment of rolling mill train，shears，coiler and uncoiler，roller table，cooling bed，rolled stock conveyor，tilting and transfer equipment，straightener，loop，heating furnace，other equipment of rolling mill，rolling mill equipment test run，safety and environmental protection.
