8.4　Lifting/Swing/Shifting Roller Table

8.4.1　When lifting，swing and shifting roller tables are centralized driving roller table，the installation shall meet the requirements of articles 8.2.1 to 8.2.3 in this code；and if are single driving roller table，the installation shall meet the requirements of articles 8.3.1 to 8.3.3 in this code.

8.4.2　Lifting roller table installation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Measure and adjust the longitudinal and horizontal centerlines of lifting base plate.

2　Measure the elevation and relative height difference of lifting base plate.

3　Measure the verticality of guiding slide-plate.

4　Measure and adjust the elevation and levelness of lifting drive shaft.

5　Measure and adjust the deviation of lifting drive shaft relative to the rolling mill centerline and the verticality deviation of lifting drive shaft relative to the centerline of mill unit.

6　Measure and adjust the center line，elevation and levelness of drive hydraulic cylinder.

8.4.3　Swing roller table installation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Measure and adjust the longitudinal and horizontal centerlines of fixed supporting frame for swing table.

2　Measure and adjust the elevation and levelness of fixed supporting frame for swing table.

3　Measure and adjust the longitudinal and horizontal centerlines of bearing chock of lifting crank shaft.

4　Measure and adjust the elevation and levelness of bearing chock of lifting crank shaft.

8.4.4　Shifting roller table installation shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Measure and adjust the deviation of drive-side rail centerline of roller table movable trolley relative to the mill unit centerline.

2　Measure the drive-side rail elevation and the parallelism deviation relative to the conveying centerline of roller table movable trolley.

3　Take the drive-side rail as a reference to measure and adjust the centerline，elevation and relative height difference for the driven-side rail.

8.4.5　Allowable deviation for lifting，swing and shifting drive devices installation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 8.4.5.
