8.2　Centralized Driving Roller Table

8.2.1　Installation of centralized driving roller table for integrated supply shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Take the centerline of mill unitas a reference to measure the longitudinal centerline of centralized driving roller table；measure the horizontal centerline of centralized driving roller table based on the axial centerline of a benchmark roll.

2　Measure the elevation and levelness of roller surface.

3　Measure the verticality of benchmark roller centerline relative to the centerline of mill unit.

4　Check the parallelism for centerlines of adjacent rollers relative to the benchmark roll and the parallelism of the roller centerline for adjacent roller units.

8.2.2　Installation of centralized driving roller table for split supply shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Measure and adjust the centerline deviation for drive side gear distribution box and operation side bearing chock frame of roller table relative to the centerline of mill unit，so as to ascertain the longitudinal centerline for the roller table housing；measure the centerline deviation of the roller bearing stand on the housing relative to the reference line，so as to ascertain the horizontal centerline for the housing.

2　The elevation and levelness of subdivision sections bearing chock and gear distribution box for roller table housing shall be measured.

3　Measure the parallelism for roller table housing relative to the centerline of mill unit.

4　Measure the diagonal line deviation after roller table housing sat drive side and operator side are assembled.

5　The roller assembly for roller table shall meet the requirements of article 8.2.1 in this code.

6　Drive gearbox assembly shall meet the requirements of technical design documents and current national standard，i.e.，"General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering"（GB50231）.

8.2.3　Allowable deviation for centralized driving roller table installation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 8.2.3.
