4　Equipment and Materials

4.1　Equipment

4.1.1　The construction company shall work out an equipment delivery plan and submit it to the equipment management department.

4.1.2　Equipment opening package inspection shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Before equipment installation，conduct the opening package inspection for equipment make corresponding records and accomplish the equipment take-over procedures.

2　Opening package inspection shall be organized by the employer or general contractor；the supervision company，equipment suppliers and construction company should participate.

3　Check quantity of equipment according to the packing list，and check equipment type and specification in accordance with the design document.

4　Equipment surface shall be free of defect，deformation，corrosion or rust.

5　Verify if the quality assurance document（such as qualified certificate）is provided for the equipment，all documents together with equipment shall be properly kept or handed over to the employer and transfer formalities shall be gone through.

4.1.3　After opening package inspection，the equipment shall be installed promptly and shall be well protected.
