7.4　Acceptance of Piping System

7.4.1　After the piping system being installed，the tightness test and leakage test shall be conducted.Thereof，the tightness test shall be conducted for the gas pipe and bleeding pipe，the leakage test shall be conducted for the air pipe and the exhaust flue.The pressure test and inspection shall comply with the following requirements:

1　The tightness test and leakage test of the piping system shall be conducted after the pipes and pipe fittings to be tested are installed and the installation quality meets the requirements in the design document，but before the painting and the installation of heat insulation are conducted.

2　Before the test，temporary restrictive protection measures shall be taken for the expansion joint on the pipe to be tested，the safety valve，the explosion proof plate，the detecting instrument element and the like on the pipe shall be removed or isolated，moreover，the pipe to be tested shall be separated from the unrelated system（s）by blind plate or other measures.

3　The testing pressure of the gas pipe and the purge and bleeding pipes shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipe and shall not be lower than 30kPa.The tested pipe which can stand the testing pressure for 2 hours and the pressure drop does not exceed 1% is acceptable.

4　For the leakage test of the air pipe or exhaust flue，the welding seam，the valve stuffing，the flange and thread connection part shall be checked under the condition that the working pressure of the fan is adjusted to its highest value and the end valve of the pipe is closed，the tested pipe is acceptable as long as no leakage is found during the foaming agent test.

7.4.2　The handing over acceptance of the pipe work shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB 50235 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metallic Piping.

7.4.3　Commissioning of the installed fan shall comply with the following requirements:

1　The vibration limit of the fan shall be less than the limit stipulated in current professional standard JB/T 10563 Technical Specification for General Purposes Centrifugal Fans.

2　The temperature rise of the fan bearing shall meet the requirements in current professional standard JB/T 10563 Technical Specification for General Purposes Centrifugal Fans.
