6.2 Refractory
6.2.1 Site acceptance of refractory materials of the reheating furnace shall comply with the following requirements:
1 The alumina brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 2988 High Alumina Bricks.
2 The clay brick shall comply with the requirements in current professional standard YB/T 5106 Fireclay Bricks.
3 The light clay brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 3994 Fireclay Insulation Bricks.
4 The magnesite brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 2275 Magnesite Bricks and Magnesium-alumina Bricks.
5 The alumina Insulation Brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 3995 Shaped Insulating Refractory Products-High Alumina Bricks.
6 The size and appearance of the red brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB 5101 Fired Common Bricks.
Check methods of Items 1 to 6 above:Checking the quality documents，sampling inspection upon doubt（if any）and the third party inspection.
Sample size:Sampling according to the requirements in current national standard GB/T 10325 Shaped Refractory Products-Rule of Acceptance，Sampling and Inspection.
7 The size and appearance of the anchoring brick for reheating furnace shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 2988 High Alumina Bricks，and the performance of such brick shall comply with the requirements in current national standard GB/T 2988 High Alumina Bricks，moreover，its rupture strength after 3h sintering at 1350℃shall not be less than 8MPa.

6.2.2 The site acceptance of castable refractory for reheating furnace shall comply with the requirements in current professional standard YB/T 5083 Dense Fireclay and High Alumina Castable Refractories.
Check method:Checking the quality documents，on-site sampling inspection and the third party inspection.
Sample size:Sampling according to the requirements in current national standard GB/T 17617 Refractory Products-Sampling of Raw Materials and Unshaped Products.
6.2.3 The site acceptance of plastic materials for reheating furnace shall comply with the requirements in current professional standard YB/T 5115 Fireclay and High Alumina Plastic Refractories.
