9　Selection of Transportation Mode

9.1　General Requirements

9.1.1　Transportation mode shall be so selected out of various options as to form a reasonable and economic transport structure，while considering such factors as current transport condition，future transport plan and terrain condition of the area where the enterprise is located，expected production time and production process requirement，raw material and fuel source，place to which the finished product is sold，transport volume，transport distance，category and nature of the materials，etc.

9.1.2　Internal and external transportation of extended or renovated iron and steel enterprises shall make proper use of the existing transportation facilities.
