Code for Design of General Layout and Transportation for Iron and Steel Enterprise has been approved as a national standard with the serial number of GB 50603-2010，and will be implemented on Feburary1，2011，of which，Article（item）3.0.14（1，2，3，4，5，6，7，8，9），4.7.5，4.7.6，4.7.7，5.9.6，7.1.6，7.2.13（2），7.3.1（4，5，6），7.3.3（2），and 16.1.4（3）are mandatory ones and must be implemented strictly.
