出版资助说明

本书是西南财经大学出版社年度重点出版学术专著，由西华师范大学学科建设资金专项资助出版。本书得到中国教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金、教育部“过程控制与效率工程”重点实验室研究经费、西华师范大学博士科研启动基金项目（“公司党组织参与治理及外部关联对企业绩效的影响研究”，批准号：412626）、中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）年会学术交流补贴及“沈阳机床”社会奖学金联合资助。

This book is the annual key academic monograph of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics Press. It is specially funded by the discipline construction fund of China West Normal University（CWNU）and supported by the program for central universities fundamental research funds of the Chinese Ministry of Education, research funds from the Key Lab of the Ministry of Education for Process Control & Efficiency Engineering, fundamental research funds of CWNU, and“Shenyang Machine”social scholarships.
