Samson：Let's start. Firstly, I'd like to know the sales condition about the Spring/Summer 2015 styles.

Peter：All right. Generally, it has reached the target, increasing by 10%of last season in 2015.And the sales volume from the retailing shop has increased by 8%.I think it is due to the new image of our shops, as we have designed the layout of the shop and clothing over again.For the part of stores, the sales volume has increased by 6%，and 12%for the part of agents.

Samson：According to your statistics, which are the favorite color, fabric, and style for S/S 2015？These are very important and useful for the Product Development Department.

Peter：As per the sales data, the best selling colors are blue grey, beige and black. For fabric, they are silk and linen.For style, they are long jacket, short overcoat，3/4 length pants and pleated skirt.For our products, it is the same.

Samson：Mark, Shelly, you two contact with customers and clients often, may I know what they think about our recent styles？

Mark：Compared with the previous ones, they think it is more colorful now, but not pure enough, like the pink blue one of last season.

Shelly：It is a problem. Besides, some customers complained the poor quality of the zipper and the washing.Besides, size S is too small.

Ben：I see. It is the problem of our pattern room.I will know more about that from you afterwards.

Samson：OK. Hope the relative departments pay attention to the above two prob-lems.They should be solved properly.Jane, how's the status of the production department？

Jane：So far so good. We can ensure that the styles to be shown on the shelves before the season changing.But some fabric and accessories haven't been arrived in time, so hope that the logistic department can hurry up.

Samson：Lydia, is there any sewing problem during the production？

Lydia：All is OK. Defect rate is under the tolerance.

Samson：OK. Then Lucas, please kindly introduce the product developing plan of F/W 2016.

Lucas：As per the Sales Analysis Report, and based on the relative resources about the fashion trend of F/W 2016 and studies from our department, we decided to promote 5 color collections，120 new styles. And for each collection, we will have 3 long-sleeves T-shirts，2 shirts，2 3/4 length pants，3 full length pants，4 skirts，2 thin sweaters，3 thick sweaters，2 woolen vests and 3 cotton-padded jackets.As for the col-or, we will keep blue grey, black and white as tradition colors.And add light green and pearl pink.For print, we will have isolated pat-tern, accessorized with sequin and lace.For fabric, they are mainly cotton and fur.For styles, we will have asymmetrical designs, draping and bias cutting.That's all.And hope any of you can offer opinions and suggestions.
