侗家黑油茶 The Black Oil Tea of the Dong

拍摄于2013年11月。湖南新晃、芷江侗族自治县及周边所产制的黑油茶并非平常的泡饮茶，而是侗族人家在婚娶汤饼之喜中用于饭前招待客人，或农闲放松时所烹制的一种既可当副食又可当主食的食品。其色油黑，性温平，味清香。

Taken in November, 2013. The black oil tea made in Xinhuang and Zhijiang DongAutonomous Counties and surrounding areas in Hunan is not like tea people drink everyday,but is used by the Dong people to treat their guests before a meal, during a wedding or madeas main or side dish during their free time when they are not farming. It is black with a lighttaste and faint aroma.
