3 馆陶路历史风貌区 Guantao Road Historic Area

馆陶路历史风貌区位于青岛老城中部，临近胶济铁路和小港湾，始建于1914年日本首次占领青岛时期，是当时城市向北延伸的商业中心和日本侨民生活社区，也是这一时期青岛的金融中心，沿馆陶路分布有商业、金融、办公类公共建筑。风貌区内共有各类历史建筑80余处，本书选取12处历史建筑。

Built in 1914 when Japan occupied Qingdao for the first time, Guantao Road Historic Area, Iocated at the center of the old town and close to the Small Harbor, was then the northern stretch of the city's commercial center and the enclave of Japanese communities, also the financial center of Qingdao. Guantao Road is flanked by a range of public buildings, e.g., commercial, financial, and office buildings. There are 80 historic buildings in various styles in this area, and 12 of them are selected into this book.
