We will promote the development of the "three economies"and open up to a higher level

We will make coordinated use of two markets and two resources to open wider to the outside world, promote the construction of five centers of BRI, and vigorously develop the hub economy, doorway economy and mobile economy. We will support the joint construction of the Airport Economic Demonstration Zone in Xi'an and Xianyang, back up the opening of Yulin air port and the development of a trading market for bulk energy-related products, and promote the integration between freight and trade on the China-Europe freight train Chang'an.

We will accelerate the institutional innovation of the Pilot Free Trade Zones and replicate their achievements;speed up the construction of SCO Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training Demonstration Base; move faster to construct a distribution center for exhibition and trading of imported goods, a cross-border e-commerce international cooperation center, and a transfer and receiving center for processing trade.

Efforts will be made to hold Silk Road International Expo, China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair (CAF) and other expositions, giving full play of the platform to attract and undertake domestic and foreign industrial transfer.

We will focus on the construction of "going global"projects and industrial parks along the Belt and Road countries and regions, guide enterprises to explore diversified export markets, and build "overseas location"and Shaanxi commodity exhibition centers.
