Was the Institutions for Using Uninhabited Islands Set Up in the Island Law?
Abstract: Rules for Registration of Using Uninhabited Islands are based on Island Law for regulating the usage of uninhabited islands. The Island Law only has limited contents on the regulation of uninhabited islands: a regulating system;an approach based on“zoning policy”; an important condition which is“pay island usage fees”; promoting and limitations on the use of uninhabited islands; and some detailed rules for using. This law does not cover a lot of important issues in using uninhabited islands: who are entitled to use; how to use; what's the time span to use; and how to gain the right to use.
